Travis Pastrana: All Funked Up on R4C

Race4Change head honcho Steven Funk recently took a trip to the NASCAR racing at Richmond, to visit friend and R4C supporter, Travis Pastrana.

Travis has been behind R4C since the start. He’s just offered us some promo space on his car: a slot worth as much as $500k, according to those in the know. The Pastrana Waltrip Racing Toyota will carry the Race4Change logo through the rest of this season; we are deeply indebted to Travis and his management team for the exposure.

The Richmond event was good experience for Pastrana Waltrip Racing. The Toyota ran as high as 18th overall, and finished 33rd, following a puncture on lap 85 of the 100-lap event. Read the full race report on the Pastrana Waltrip Racing website.

Having a legend like Pastrana on board is a huge confidence booster for the entire Race4Change team. If a man like Travis can believe in us, there’s no question that others will lend serious credibility to our mission of womens empowerment and bringing microfinance support to those in poverty who don’t want handouts but seek a more proactive existence.

What about you? Are you taking us seriously? How proactive is your existence?

Back the Race4Change and DO something for the world! This is your site: the place where those who love to drive can really make a difference to hundreds, even thousands of lives!

Be like Travis Pastrana. Stick with us and support our efforts. Let Race4Change.org be your flag bearer in changing the world for the better. This is going to be great!
