Win a VIP Trip to Spain with Race4Change and MFIConnect!

MFIConnect.com, the online centre for student microfinance organisations, announces their Race4Change competition!

First prize is a paid trip to this year’s Global Microcredit Summit in Valladolid, Spain, including VIP registration, return airfare and five nights’ hotel accommodation. The Summit runs from November 14-17, 2011. While there, the winner will meet many distinguished microfinance personalities, including Nobel Peace Prize Laureate, Muhammad Yunus (below), and Sam Daley-Harris, Director of the Microcredit Summit Campaign (bottom). It’s an incredible opportunity!

This amazing prize will go to the person whose team brings in the most financial support for Race4Change.org by Kenyatta Day: October 20.

Reach out to your friends, family, student groups, and social networks. Share the Race4Change website, links to inspirational R4C Youtube videos including messages of support from Travis Pastrana and Ryan Sheckler, the East African Safari Rally site or any of the myriad links available on the Race4Change blog, showcasing the excitement this microfinance masterpiece is generating.

All donations go directly to the Race4Change partner microfinance organisations: Kiva, Women’s World Banking, Kenya’s Jamii Bora and the Microcredit Summit. Donations are tax deductible in the USA and take only a few online clicks via our donate page on Race4Change.

Remember: the winner’s team must raise the most funds for Race4Change by October 20, 2011. Share the Race4Change media feeds with your family, friends, fellow students and social networks, encouraging them to support Race4Change by donating online.

To ensure your success is correctly accredited, donors should click on the “add special instructions to the seller” tab, and include ‘Race4Change’ and the team leader’s full name in the box. We’ll be issuing regular leader board updates.
